Casheer Company (“Casheer” or “Casheer Invoice” or “we” or “us” or “our” or other similar pronouns) takes your privacy matters very seriously.

Please read the following terms to learn more about our Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy details how we receive, collect and use information in connection with our interface, or website or App / Site located at www.casheer.com  (the “Site” “App / Site” “Interface”), the “Casheer” App / Site and other products and services provided by “Casheer Platform” (all of the foregoing, collectively, the “Product” or the “Service” or the “Transactions” or the “Experiences”)..

By accessing to this App / SDK (An SDK or devkit is a Software Development Kit; a collection of software development tools in one installable package. This  facilitates the creation of ready to integrate solution,  compiler, debugger and perhaps a software framework, made available to contain all or every subscribed Service / Solution to be used by Business Clients, Service Providers, Integrators, Investors, regulators, any or All, with their specific use and purpose on a multichannel platform, application, protocols, technologies and respective operating system in combination of all) / Site or using the “Casheer” Service, product, interface, App/Site, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Policy, as such Policy may be amended from time to time. Each time you visit the Site or App / Site, or use the Service, you agree and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide as described in this Policy.

  1. Collection and Use of Information

“Casheer ” Platform

When you install the “Casheer” App / SDK / Site and register on the website, App, SDK, Interface and willing to interact with the provided Products and Services Via “Casheer” Platform You will be asked to make Full “Know Your Customer (KYC)”  and providing us with your personal or Corporate information including but not a limited phone number, National ID, Passport, Driving License or Social Security, or Passport details or image identification, or Commercial License, or Commercial Registration certificate, or Corporate Article of Incorporation and which will be stored on our servers and will only be used to provide you with:

  • To resolve disputes
  • Help promote safe services
  • Measure consumer interest in our services
  • Inform you about our products & services updates
  • Customize your experience
  • Detect & protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity
  • Enforce our terms and conditions, etc.

We may use your contact information to send you recommend and personalize offers based on your previous orders and interests.

“Casheer” may interact with your phone’s SMS inbox, placing incoming messages in your inbox or reading the contents of the activation SMS code sent to you by “Casheer Platform“. WE WILL NOT ACCESS THE CONTENTS OF ANY OTHER SMS or contacts, for You nor Your Customers.

Cookies and Other Automatically Collected Data

If you have permitted your computer/device/phone to accept cookies, we may use cookies on the Site and App / Sitelication. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web-surfing easier by saving preferences and browsing patterns while you are at the Site. No personal information will be collected via cookies and other tracking technology; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties. Our servers/App / Sites may automatically collect data about your Internet address when you visit the Site. Third-Party Sites and Privacy Practices

You may arrive at our Site and/or download the “Casheer ” App / Site from another website. In addition, our Site/App / Site may contain links that will let you leave our Site and access another website. Websites linked to or from our Site/App / SDK / Site are not under the control of “Casheer” and it is possible that these websites have a different privacy policy. Our Policy App / Sitelies solely to Personal Information that is acquired on the Site or through your use of our Service, and/or your relationship with “Casheer “. We urge you to be careful when you enter any Personal Information online. We accept no responsibility or liability for these other websites.

Analytics Collection

“Casheer Platform” uses Google Analytics, in house analytics to help us anonymously enhance, track usage and report user/visitor behavior information related to service and experience quality and users’ standard log information to the Site and the “Casheer ” App / SDK /. This information (including but not limited to: IP address, data storage, maintenance services, metering data, database management, web/SDK analytics, Services usage, Account profile data, annual membership status and information processing) helps us analyze and evaluate how the “Casheer Invoice” App / SDK / Site and Site are used as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the Site and “Casheer ” App / Site’s features and services. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting. Google Analytics may have access to your information only for the purposes of performing these tasks and on behalf of “Casheer ” and under obligation similar in those in this Privacy Policy. We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool unless You have to track or to collect any Personal Information of visitors or users. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a device user. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.

  1. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not rent, sell, or share any information about the user with any third parties, except as specifically described herein. We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe such action is necessary to:

  • (a) Comply with the law, or legal process served on us;
  • (b) Protect and defend our rights or property (including the enforcement of our Terms and Conditions); or
  • (c) Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our Service or members of the public.

To provide you with “Casheer ” services you have requested, “Casheer ” may sometimes, if necessary, share your Personal Information (excluding your address book and related information) and traffic data with trusted partner service providers and/or agents, for example: banking organizations or other providers of payment and analytical services, customer support, or hosting services. “Casheer ” will always require these third parties to take App / SDK / Appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to observe the relevant legislation. “Casheer ” will never share your address book information with any third party, except as may be required by law (see below).

The following is a description of how we may share your Personal Information with trusted third-party partners. Should we add additional partners, we will immediately update this description:

  1. We use third parties to process the payment and/or billing information that you submit on our Site or through the “Casheer ” App / SDK / Site to facilitate payment transactions. We require that these third parties take the Appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to comply with relevant laws, but we are not liable or responsible for these third-party transactions. Therefore, you should review such third-party terms and conditions before providing your payment or billing information.

We may disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance that disclosure of information is necessary.

We may from time to time ask you to provide information about your experiences which will be used to measure and improve quality. You are at no time under any obligation to provide any of such data. All information which is voluntarily submitted in feedback forms on the Site or any survey that you accept to take part in is used for the purposes of reviewing this feedback and improving the “Casheer” software, products and websites.

We may contact you to send you messages about faults and service issues. Furthermore, we reserve the right to use email, the “Casheer ” software or SMS to notify you of any eventual claims related to your use of our software, websites and/or products, including without limitation claims of violation of third-party rights.

  1. Information Security

We take reasonable precaution to protect Personal Information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Although we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will not be subject to unauthorized access, we have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect Personal Information. Personal Information is stored on our servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

  1. Business Transitions

In the event that we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred. As part of such a transaction the new entity will be required to commit to the same level of protection of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we cannot obtain such a commitment, we will not perform the business transition.

We will post a notice on this Site/App / SDK / Site of any such change in ownership or control of the Personal Information we may have prior to such transfer.

  1. Changes to Policy

From time to time, we may revise this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time with or without notice. However, we will not use your Personal Information in a way that is materially different than the uses described in this Policy without giving you an opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses. We will post the revised Policy on the Site, so that users can always be aware of what information we collect, how the information is used and under what circumstances such information may be disclosed. You agree to review the Policy periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to any changes and signifies your Terms and Conditions to the terms of our Policy. If you provided your e-mail address to us and wish to update it, you may do so by sending an e-mail to support@casheer.com

If you no longer wish to receive e-mail communication from us, such as offers, updates and newsletters, you may opt-out of receiving such communications by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication. In addition, you can remove your e-mail address at any time by sending an e-mail with the subject line of UNSUBSCRIBE to support@casheer.com

  1. Fees

By using “Casheer ” App / SDK / Site and/or by providing your information, you consent to the payment fees of the transaction during refund process to 3rd parties, banks and payment channels that been used inside “Casheer ” and you consent to get paid back with proof of the transaction and with remaining amount of the transaction after deduction of all fees.

In case of customer is verified physically by Casheer employees in any of affiliate services or/and products, it will be considered as a general verification that can be used to purchase or subscribe or / and register on another affiliate services or/ and products of Casheer.”)

يرجي قراءة ما يلي لمعرفة المزيد حول سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا (“السياسة”). توضح هذه السياسة كيف نستلم ونجمع ونستخدم المعلومات المرتبطة بالواجهة البينية الخاصة بنا أو الموقع الالكتروني او التطبيقات الموجوده على www.casheer.com (“الموقع، التطبيق أو الواجهة البينية”)، يتم توفير الموقع الالكترونى و/أو تطبيق Casheer   وغيرها من المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة عن طريق “Casheer Platform”  (يشار إلى جميع ما سبق باسم “المنتج أو الخدمة أو الصفقة أو الخبرة”).

عن طريق الدخول إلى هذا التطبيق أو استخدام خدمة أو منتج أو الواجهة البينية أو SDK (SDK أو devkit :  مجموعة أدوات وبرامج برمجية يستخدمها المطورون لإنشاء تطبيقات لأنظمة أساسية معينة ، وتتضمن مجموعة من الأشياء بما ذلك المكتبات أو واجهات برمج التطبيقات ونماذج التعليمات البرمجية والعمليات والأدلة التي يمكن للمطورين استخدامها ودمجها في تطبيقاتهم الخاصة، حيث تم تصميم مجموعات تطوير البرامج (SDK) لاستخدامها في أنظمة أساسية معينة أو لغات برمجة أو الموقع الالكترونى أو تطبيق Casheer  ، فإنك قبلت السياسات والممارسات الموصوفة في هذه السياسة حيث يجوز تعديل هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. في كل مرة تقوم بزيارة الموقع الالكتروني أو التطبيق أو استخدام الخدمة، فإنك توافق وتقبل صراحة قيامنا بجمع واستخدام والكشف عن المعلومات التي قمت بتوفيرها كما هو مذكور في هذه السياسة.

ان كنت مستخدم تقوم بالدخول إلى الموقع الالكتروني أو الخدمة من الاتحاد الأوروبي أو أسيا أو أي منطقة أخرى تخضع للقوانين أو اللوائح التي تحكم حماية واستخدام والكشف عن البيانات الشخصية والتي تختلف عن قوانين دولة الكويت، يرجي معرفة أنه من خلال استخدامك المستمر للموقع الالكتروني والخدمة، فإنك تخضع لقانون الكويت ولسياسة الخصوصية هذه وكذلك لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي، ويمكنك نقل معلوماتك الشخصية إلى الدول (تشمل الكويت) حيث من الممكن أن تكون القوانين المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات الشخصية أقل صرامة وقيودا من معالجة المعلومات الشخصية في بلدكم وتوافق بموجب هذا على نقل هذه المعلومات الشخصية.

1- جمع واستخدام المعلومات:

منصة “Casheer” 

عند تثبيت تطبيق /SDK/ موقع “Casheer” والتسجيل في موقع الويب والتطبيق و SDK والواجهة وترغب في التفاعل مع المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة عبر منصة “Casheer  ” ، سيُطلب منك تقديم “اعرف عميلك” (KYC) بالكامل ) “وتزويدنا بمعلوماتك الشخصية أو معلومات الشركة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر رقم الهاتف أو الهوية الوطنية أو جواز السفر أو رخصة القيادة أو الضمان الاجتماعي أو تفاصيل جواز السفر أو تعريف الصورة أو الرخصة التجارية أو شهادة التسجيل التجاري أو عقد تأسيس الشركة والذي سيتم تخزينه على خوادمنا وسيتم استخدامه فقط لتزويدك بما يلي:

  • لتسوية وحل النزاعات. 
  • للمساعدة في ترويج الخدمات الآمنة 
  • تقدير / تقييم مصلحة العميل في خدماتنا.
  • إخطاركم بالتحديثات الخاصه بمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا.
  • تخصيص خبراتكم.
  • التعرف على وحمايتنا من الأخطاء والتزوير والأنشطة الجنائية الأخرى.
  • تفعيل الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا.. إلخ.

يمكننا استخدام معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بكم لإرسال العروض الموصي بها وكذلك الشخصية بناء على طلباتكم واهتماماتكم السابقة. 

ربما يتفاعل تطبيق Casheer  مع صندوق الرسائل الخاصة بهاتفكم لوضع الرسائل القادمة في صندوق الرسائل أو قراءة محتويات تنشيط كود الرسالة القصيرة المرسلة إليكم عن طريق Casheer Platform . لن نقوم بالدخول إلى محتويات أي من الرسائل أو قوائم الاتصال الأخرى لك ولعملائك. 

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والبيانات المجمعة الأخرى تلقائيا 

ان سمحت لجهاز الكمبيوتر / الجهاز أو الهاتف في قبول ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ربما نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط على الموقع الالكتروني والتطبيق. تعتبر ملفات تعريف الارتباط عبارة عن جزء من المعلومات التي ينقلها الموقع الالكتروني إلى القرص الصلب للفرد من أجل الاحتفاظ بالسجلات. تعمل ملفات تعريف الارتباط البحث على الويب أسهل وذلك عن طريق الاحتفاظ بالمراجع وأنماط التصفح عندما تتواجد على الموقع الالكتروني. لن يتم تجميع المعلومات الشخصية عن طريق ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتكنولوجيا التتبع الأخرى، مع ذلك، ان قدمت معلومات الهوية الشخصية سابقا، ربما تقوم ملفات تعريف الارتباط بالربط مع تلك المعلومات. ربما يتم مشاركة ملفات تعريف الارتباط المجمعة ومعلومات التتبع مع الأطراف الأخرى. ربما تقوم خادماتنا / تطبيقاتنا بجمع البيانات تلقائيا حول عنوان الانترنت الخاص بك عندما تقم بزيارة الموقع. تعتبر هذه المعلومات، المعروفة باسم عنوان بروتوكول الانترنت أو عنوان IP، عبارة عن الرقم المحدد تلقائيا لجهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك عن طريق مقدم خدمة الانترنت الخاصة بك عندما تكون متواجد على الانترنت. عندما تطلب صفحات من موقعنا/ تطبيقنا، ربما تدخل خادماتنا على عنوان IP الخاص بك و، ان كانت مطبقة، اسم المجال الخاص بك. يتم استخدام عنوان IP الخاص بك للمساعدة في تحديدك ولجمع المعلومات الديموغرافية حول أعضائنا ومستخدمينا ككل ولكن لا تشمل المعلومات المحددة الشخصية. يجوز لخادماتنا أن تسجل الصفحات المشار إليها والتي تربطك معنا (على سبيل المثال مواقع الانترنت الأخرى أو محركات البحث) وكذلك الصفحات التي زرتها على هذا الموقع الالكتروني، وكذلك الموقع الالكتروني الذي زرته بعد هذا الموقع وأيضا الإعلانات التي رأيتها و/او التي ضغط عليها وأيضا المعلومات الأخرى حول نوع متصفح الانترنت وجهاز الكمبيوتر والبرنامج والبرمجيات المرتبطة بها وكذلك الإعدادات التي تستخدمها وأي مصطلحات البحث التي أدخلتها على الموقع الالكتروني أو الموقع الذي أحالك وأيضا أنشطة استخدام الويب الأخرى والبيانات التي تم إدخالها عن طريق خادماتنا. نستخدم هذه المعلومات لإدارة النظام الداخلي للمساعدة في تشخصي المشاكل مع خادماتنا وكذلك لإدارة خدماتنا. يجوز استخدام تلك المعلومات أيضا في جمع المعلومات الديموغرافية مثل بلد المنشأ ومقدم خدمة الانترنت. 

ممارسات خصوصية ومواقع الأطراف الأخرى: 

يمكنك الوصول إلى موقعنا و/او تحميل تطبيق Casheer  من موقع آخر. علاوة على ذلك، يمكن لموقعنا/تطبيقنا أن يحتوي على روابط أخرى والتي تسمح لكم بمغادرة الموقع والدخول على موقع الكتروني آخر. لا تخضع المواقع الالكترونية المرتبطة أو من موقعنا/تطبيقنا لتحكم الموقع الالكترونى و/أو تطبيق Casheer ومن المحتمل أن تحتوي تلك المواقع الالكترونية على سياسة الخصوصية المختلفة. تنطبق ساستنا فقط على المعلومات الشخصية التي يتم اكتسابها من على الموقع الالكتروني أو من خلال استخدامك لخدماتنا و/او علاقتك بالموقع الالكترونى و/أو تطبيق Casheer. نحثكم على أن تكونوا حذرين عند إدخال أي من المعلومات الشخصية مباشرة عبر الانترنت. لا نتحمل أي مسئولية أو التزام بخصوص تلك المواقع الالكتروني.

جمع التحليلات: 

يستخدم Casheer Platform تحليلات جوجل ، والتحليلات الداخليه لمساعدتنا في التحسين للمجهول والتتبع للاستخدام وتقديم تقارير حول معلومات سلوك المستخدم/الزائرالمتعلقة بالخدمة والتجربه بغرض رقابة الجودة‘ وكذلك معلومات الدخول القياسية للمستخدمين على الموقع الالكتروني وSDK وتطبيقCasheer  تساعدنا تلك المعلومات (والتى تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر عنوان IP، تخزين البيانات وخدمات الصيانة وإدارة قواعد البيانات و بيانات القياس وتحليلات الويب وال SDK واستخدمات الخدمة وبيانات الملف التعريفى للحساب وحالة العضوية السنوية ومعالجة المعلومات) في تحليل وتقييم كيفية استخدام تطبيق Casheer  وSDK والموقع الالكتروني كجزء من جهودنا المستمرة لتحسين مميزات وخدمات الموقع الالكتروني وتطبيق Casheer Invoice. لا يتم إدراج أي من البيانات المحددة الشخصية في هذا النوع من التقارير. يجوز لتحليلات جوجل الدخول على المعلومات الخاص بك لأغراض تنفيذ تلك المهام ونيابة عن تطبيق Casheer  وتحت الالتزام المماثل في سياسة الخصوصية هذه. لمزيد من المعلومات حول الشروط التي تحكم تحليلات جوجل، يرجي زيارة شروط الخدمة الخاصة بتحليلات جوجل. 

لن نستخدم (ولن نسمح لأي من الأطراف الأخرى) أي من أدوات التحليلات الإحصائية الا اذا كان مجرد تتبع أو جمع أي من المعلومات الشخصية للزائرين أو المستخدمين. لن تربط جوجل عنوان IP الخاص بك مع أي من البيانات الأخرى المحتفظ بها لدي جوجل. لن نقوم نحن ولا جوجل بربط، أو السعي لربط، عنوان IP مع هوية مستخدم الجهاز. لن نقوم أيضا بربط أي من البيانات المجمعة من هذا الموقع الالكتروني مع أي من المعلومات المحددة الشخصية من أي مصدر باستثناء قيامكم بتسليم تلك المعلومات بوضوح عن طريق تعبئة النموذج على موقعنا الالكتروني.

2- مشاركة والكشف عن المعلومات:

لن نقوم بتأجير أو بيع أو مشاركة أي من المعلومات حول المستخدم مع أي من الأطراف الأخرى، باستثناء ما هو موصوف أدناه بالتحديد. ربما نقوم بالكشف عن معلوماتكم الشخصية ان اعتقدنا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري من أجل: 

(أ‌) التقيد بالقانون أو العمليات القانونية التي نخضع لها. 

(ب‌) حماية والدفاع عن حقوقنا وممتلكاتنا (تشمل تطبيق اتفاقياتنا).

(ت‌) العمل في الظروف العاجلة لحماية السلامة الشخصية لمستخدمي خدماتنا أو الأعضاء العامة. 

من أجل تزويدكم بخدمات تطبيق Casheer  التي طلبتموها، يجوز لتطبيق Casheer  في بعض الأحيان، ان كان ضروريا، مشاركة معلوماتكم الشخصية (باستثناء كتيب العناوين الخاص بك والمعلومات المرتبطة) وبيانات العمليات مع الشركاء ،ومقدمي خدمة الموثوق فيهم و/أو الوكلاء‘على سبيل المثال المنظمات البنكية أو مقدمي خدمات السداد والخدمات التحليلية الأخرى وخدمة العملاء أو خدمات الاستضافة. ربما يطلب تطبيق Casheer  دائما من الأطراف الأخرى اتخاذ تلك الإجراءات التنظيمية والفنية المناسبة لحماية بياناتكم الشخصية وبيانات المرور ولملاحظة ومراقبة التشريعات المعنية. لن يقوم تطبيق Casheer  بمشاركة معلومات كتيب العناوين الخاص بك مع أي من الأطراف الأخرى، باستثناء ما هو مطلوب عن طريق القانون (أنظر أدناه). 

فيما يلي عبارة عن وصف كيفية مشاركة معلوماتكم الشخصية مع الشركاء من الأطراف الأخرى الموثوق بها. في حالة قيامنا بإضافة الشركاء الإضافيين، سوف نقوم بتحديث هذا الوصف على الفور. 

1- نستخدم الأطراف الأخرى من أجل معالجة معلومات السداد و/أو الفواتير والتي قدمتها على موقعنا أو من خلال تطبيق Casheer لتسهيل عملية السداد. نطلب قيام الأطراف الأخرى باتخاذ الإجراءات التنظيمية والتقنية المناسبة لحماية بياناتك الشخصية وبيانات العمليات والتقيد بالقوانين السائدة ولكن لن نتحمل اي مسئولية قانونية أو مدنية مقابل عمليات الأطراف الأخرى هذه. بالتالي، يتعين عليك مراجعة بنود وشروط الأطراف الأخرى قبل تزويدك بمعلومات السداد أو الفواتير. 

ربما نقوم بالكشف عن معلومات تخصك في حالة أن قررنا هذا بخصوص الأمن القومي أو تطبيق القانون أو الأمور الأخرى ذات الأهمية العامة على اعتبار أن الكشف عن المعلومات ضروري. ربما نطلب من سيادتكم، من وقت لآخر، تزويدنا بمعلومات حول خبرتك والتي سيتم استخدامها لقياس وتحسين الجودة. لن تتحمل أي التزام في أي وقت كان لتزويد أي من تلك البيانات. يتم استخدام أي وجميع المعلومات التي تم تقديمها طواعية في النماذج المعده لذلك على الموقع الالكتروني أو في أي حذف والتي قبلت المشاركة فيه لأغراض مراجعة هذه النماذج وتحسين برنامج ومنتجات ومواقع Casheer. 

ربما نقوم بالاتصال بسيادتكم من أجل إرسال رسائل إليكم حول موضوعات الأخطاء والخدمة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نحتفظ بالحق في استخدام البريد الالكتروني أو برنامج Casheer  أو الرسائل القصيرة من أجل إخطاركم بأي من المطالبات النهائية المتعلقة باستخدامكم لبرامجنا أو مواقعنا الالكترونية أو منتجاتنا وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مطالبات انتهاك حقوق الأطراف الأخرى. 

2- أمن المعلومات: 

نتخذ التدابير المعقولة من أجل حماية المعلومات الشخصية من سوء الاستخدام أو الخسارة أو الدخول غير المخول. على الرغم من ذلك، فإننا لا نضمن أن لا تخضع تلك المعلومات الشخصية للدخول عير المصرح به، حيث نمتلك الحماية المادية والالكترونية والإجرائية لحماية المعلومات الشخصية. 

يتم تخزين المعلومات الشخصية على خادماتنا ويتم حمايتها عن طريق الشبكات المؤمنة والذي يكون الدخول إليها محدود وقاصر على بعض الموظفين المخولين. مع ذلك، لا توجد طريقة تحويل عبر الانترنت أو طريقة التخزين الالكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%. 

3- التحولات التجارية:

في حالة قيامنا بإجراء أي تحويل تجاري، مثل الدمج، الاكتساب عن طريق شركة أخرى أو بيع جميع أو جزء من أصولنا، بالتالي ستكون المعلومات الشخصية من بين الأصول المحولة. كجزء من هذه العملية، سيٌطلب من الكيان الجديد الالتزام بنفس مستوي الحماية للمعلومات الشخصية كما هو موصوف في بوليصة الخصوصية. في حالة عدم الحصول على مثل هذا الالتزام، لن نقوم بتنفيذ العملية التجارية.

 سوف نقوم بإرسال الإخطارات إلى هذا الموقع/SDK/ التطبيق لأي تغيير في حالة الملكية أو التحكم في المعلومات الشخصية، يمكننا الحصول على ذلك قبل هذا التحويل. 

4- تغيير السياسة:

من وقت لآخر، يمكننا مراجعة هذه السياسة. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه لسياسة أو أي من السياسات أو الممارسات الأخرى الخاصة بنا في أي وقت أو بدون أي إخطار. مع ذلك، لن نقوم باستخدام معلوماتكم الشخصية بالطريقة التي تختلف ماديا عن الاستخدامات الموصوفة في هذه السياسة بدون منحكم الفرصة في اختيار تلك الاستخدامات المختلفة. سوف نقوم أيضا بوضع السياسة المعدلة على الموقع الالكتروني وبالتالي يستطيع المستخدمون الاطلاع على جميع المعلومات التي جمعناها وكيفية استخدام المعلومات وتحت أي ظروف يمكن الكشف عن تلك المعلومات. توافق أيضا على مراجعة السياسة دوريا وبالتالي تكون على إطلاع ومعرفة دائمة بأي تعديلات. يشير استخدامك المستمر للموقع الالكتروني على موافقتك على أي تغيرات أو التوقيع على الاتفاق الخاص ببنود هذه السياسة. في حالة عدم موافقتك على تلك البنود، لا يجوز لك استخدام الموقع الالكتروني أو تطبيق Casheer  أو أي من الخدمات الأخرى. 

5- تغيير أو إزالة المعلومات 

في حالة تقديم عنوان البريد الالكتروني لنا وترغب في تحديثه، يمكنك القيام بذلك عن طريق إرسال بريد الكتروني إلى support@casheer.com

إن لم تعد ترغب في استلام رسائل البريد الالكتروني من جانبنا، مثل العروض والتحديثات والمجلات، يمكنك إيقاف خدمة استلام تلك الرسائل عن طريق اتباع التعليمات المدرجة في كل مجلة أو رسالة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكنك إزالة عنوان البريد الالكتروني في أي وقت عن طريق إرسال بريد الكتروني وكتابة عدم الاشتراك في خانة الموضوع إلى support@casheer.com

6- الرسوم:

عن طريق استخدام تطبيق أو موقع Casheer  أو عن طريق تزويدك لبياناتك ومعلوماتك، توافق على سداد رسوم العملية أثناء عملية استعادة الأموال إلى الأطراف الأخرى أو البنوك أو قنوات السداد التي يتم استخدامها داخل Casheer  وتوافق أيضا على إعادة السداد مع دليل العملية والمبلغ المتبقي من العملية بعد خصم جميع الرسوم. 

7- التحقق الشخصى: 

في حالة التحقق من العميل عن طريق أحد موظفي شركة كاشير في أي من الخدمات و/او المنتجات التابعة لها، سيتم اعتبار ذلك على أنه تأكيد عام على أنه يمكن استخدامها لشراء و/أو الاشتراك و/أو تسجيل نيابة عن الخدمات و/او المنتجات التابعة لشركة كاشير. 

8- موافقة معلومات الاتصال 

 

الموافقة

عن طريق استخدام موقع/SDK/ تطبيق Casheer و/او عن طريق تزويد معلوماتك، توافق على جمع واستخدام المعلومات التي كشفتها على Casheer  وفقا لسياسة الخصوصية هذه وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر موافقتك على مشاركة معلوماتك وفقا لسياسة الخصوصية هذه.
